The purpose of Disciplined Agile's Continuous Improvement process blade is to enable people within your organization to easily share their improvement learnings with one another in a systematic way. Systematic knowledge sharing is important because it increases your opportunity for radical improvements, shortens the time from idea to implementation, maximizes your "failure ROI", and spreads learnings more widely. In this webinar Scott Ambler will work through a collection of strategies for identifying and sharing improvements, capturing improvements, organizing communities of practice (CoPs)/guilds, organizing centers of excellence (CoEs), and governing your improvement efforts. There's far more to continuous improvement than retrospectives.
The webinar will include time for Q&A after the presentation.
